The project involved merging 14 diverse companies from the software and logistics industries into a single, unified business, positioned as a European market leader in various services.
The goal was to create a distinctive brand that reflects this ambitious merger and tells a compelling brand story. And most importantly, we had to find a new brand name.
CHALLENGE
One of the key challenges was integrating the different corporate cultures and identities into
a cohesive whole. Developing a name that stood out in the industry while embodying the core values of the new organization – the fusion of ecology and economy – required careful consideration. Workshops were held to align diverse perspectives, and the expectations of investors, employees, and stakeholders across multiple levels had to be addressed.
SOLUTION
The result was a differentiated and impactful brand, anchored by its unique name: ecovium,
with the message: “Ecology and economy united in one common path.” The brand’s identity was further strengthened with a unique name, a striking logo, distinctive corporate design, and, most importantly, a cohesive brand story. This story brought the merger to life, illustrating the shared vision and uniting the past and future of the newly formed organization.
